This month of February is usually filled with relationship goals and sharing the love found between couples. Why not change it up a little and take time to focus on you and your family. This February, we at Bio-Strath, want to dedicate the time to you.
Here are some of our tips.
Happy Body, Happy Mind
- Create a feel-good playlist of all your favourite songs and dance it out alone or with your kids. Dancing for a few minutes a day reduces stress and increases energy.
- Try to exercise 3-4 times a week. Even if you’re following an instructor on Youtube, exercise is a great stress release and allows you to clear your mind and focus on the task at hand.
Open Your Heart
- Share the love with your friends and family – a meaningful phone or a quick playtime helps strengthen your relationship and brings you closer to each other.
- Treat yourself! Why not? It is the month of love after all a little indulgence every now and then will bring a smile and happiness.
- Compliment those around you, even if it’s for small things. A small compliment goes a long way.
