📜 Bio-Strath “Buy & Win” Competition

Terms & Conditions

📅 Campaign Duration: 18 August – 18 November 2025

  1. Promoter

This competition is run by Bio-Strath South Africa, in partnership with authorized retail outlets and participating promotional partners.

  1. Eligibility
  • The competition is open to all South African residents aged 18 years or older.
  • Entrants must possess a valid South African ID or passport.
  • Employees, agents, distributors, or immediate family members of Bio-Strath or its affiliated partners are not eligible to enter.
  1. Entry Mechanism

To enter the competition, participants must:

  1. Purchase any Bio-Strath product during the promotional period.
  2. Retain the original till slip as proof of purchase.
  3. Enter via WhatsApp by scanning the QR code or messaging 081 813 8982.
  4. Follow the WhatsApp prompts, which include:
    • Providing your name, gender, province, and store of purchase
    • Uploading a clear image of your till slip
    • Accepting these Terms & Conditions
  5. Receive a personal referral link to earn bonus entries by sharing with friends.
  1. Entry Limits
  • A maximum of 1 till slip entry per day per person
  • Up to 10 till slip entries allowed per person throughout the campaign
  • Up to 3 bonus entries may be earned through successful referrals

👉 Total maximum entries per person: 13 (10 purchase entries + 3 bonus entries)

  1. Referral Bonus Rules
  • Participants receive a personal share link after their first entry
  • A bonus entry is awarded for each new participant who enters using that link
  • Maximum of 3 bonus entries per participant
  • Self-referrals or suspicious activity will result in disqualification
  1. Prizes

  • 10x R1,000 Living Naturally Vouchers

🏆 Grand Prize (Drawn 19 November 2025)

  • 2 Grand Prize Winners, each receiving:
    • 💻 Acer Chromebook Spin 314 (valued at R10,000)
    • 💸 R5,000 cash towards school fees
    • 👕 R5,000 uniform voucher
    • ✏️ R5,000 stationery voucher

Value per Winner: R25,000
Grand Prize Pool: R50,000

  1. Draws & Winner Notification
  • Weekly Draws: Every Monday from 25 August to 25 November 2025
  • Monthly Draws:
    • 18 September 2025
    • 18 October 2025
  • Grand Prize Draw:
    •  19 November 2025
  • Winners are selected via audited random draw
  • Winners will be notified via WhatsApp or phone call within 5 working days
  • If a winner cannot be reached within 72 hours, a redraw may occur
  1. Prize Conditions
  • Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
  • In the event of stock or supplier issues, the promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes with those of equal or greater value
  • Till slips must clearly show a Bio-Strath product purchased during the campaign period from a participating store
  1. Disqualification

The promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that:

  • Contain fraudulent or tampered till slips
  • Are made using automated or bulk entry systems
  • Breach the rules of fair participation or attempt to manipulate the outcome
  1. Privacy
  • Personal data will be used solely for competition purposes including contact and prize delivery
  • All information is processed in compliance with POPIA
  • By entering, participants agree to these privacy conditions
  1. Amendments & Cancellation

Bio-Strath reserves the right to:

  • Amend these Terms & Conditions
  • Cancel or suspend the competition due to circumstances beyond its control
    Such changes will not unfairly disadvantage existing entrants.
