Beet the Blues Survival Smoothie

Support your immune system with our Beet the Blues Survival Smoothie, don’t forget to add your daily dose of Bio-Strath. 


1 beet, quartered, steamed

1 carrot, halved

1 apple, seeded, cored, quartered

3 cm fresh minced ginger root

1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 cup ice cubes

2 Tablespoons Bio-Strath elixir


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend for 1 minute, or until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Serve cold
