- 1 beet, quartered, steamed
- 1 carrot, halved
- 1 apple, seeded, cored, quartered
- 3 cm fresh minced ginger root
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 Tablespoons Bio-Strath elixir
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend for 1 minute, or until desired consistency is reached.
- Serve cold
