Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
  • ½ cup frozen berries
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1 tbsp Bio-Strath

Instructions

  1. Mix the coconut milk and protein powder.
  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients and blend it together.
